Satisfies: One Math credit for High School
Tuition: $400 – Payment of $200 will be due at the beginning of each semester (August 2024/January 2025). A $25 non-refundable deposit required upon registration.

Thursdays, 1:00-2:00 pm
Note: Limit of 12 students, so first come, first serve.
Course Description: Topics include, but are not limited to, properties of real numbers, relations, linear, quadratic, and exponential functions, graphing equations and inequalities, systems of equations, radicals, factoring polynomials, rational equations, statistics, data analysis, and mathematical modeling. Curriculum TBD.
Prerequisite: Pre-Algebra
Mrs. Reeves has been married to Craig, an engineer for Southern Company, for 26 years. They have three grown children, and 2 grandchildren. Debbie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1990. After pursuing a career in chemistry at Dow Chemical and then Monsanto Chemical for 10+ years, she decided to come home and be with her children full time. Initially she enrolled her children in public education. When her youngest started school, she felt the Lord calling her to educate her children at home. One son is serving in the Air Force, her other son is a Chemical Engineer, and her daughter just completed an Art degree at the University of Montevallo. She is currently working toward her master’s degree in library science. Debbie previously taught Earth Science, Algebra 1 and Chemistry at Cornerstone Cooperative. Her combined teaching experience in the homeschool community is 10+ years. Her love for teaching combined with her love of math and science has led her to teach homeschool students. Her heart’s desire is to share her passion of science with students and inspire the next generation!
